Policies

Guarantee
We guarantee all work performed.  If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, call us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will return to make it right.
Payment
Payment is due when we are finished cleaning your home.  If you are not going to be home, we ask that you leave the payment.  At this time, we are able to accept the following forms of payments:


Returned Check Fee: Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 processing fee, and may incur late payment fees if the issue is not immediately remedied.
Cancellation/No Show
If something comes up that causes a conflict in your cleaning schedule, just call.  We appreciate a 48 hour notice, but understand that some situations are just unavoidable. When shorter notice is given, however, we may charge a small fee depending upon the circumstance.

If a cleaner is unable to enter the house the day of the cleaning, a cancellation fee of 50% of that day's cleaning cost will be charged.  


On the rare occasion that we must reschedule an appointment with less than a 48 hours advance notice, a $25.00 credit will be offered on the next cleaning. If our offer to reschedule is refused by the client for any reason, no credit will be granted.
